The Utah County Fair 2009 is in Spanish Fork Utah this year. Charlie Boy’s Pit BBQ was originally planning on opening the Spanish Fork location on Friday and Saturday, but will now open on Thursday, August 13th at 11:00am.
When visiting the Utah County Fair, you will probably drive by our Spanish Fork location at 276 S Main St so feel free to stop by and order your lunch or dinner on the way to or from the Utah County Fair.
Charlie Boy’s Pit BBQ has the best barbecue in Spanish Fork, so if you haven’t tried it yet now would be a great time to gain a new favorite barbeque restaurant. Enjoy the Utah County Fair and then enjoy Charlie Boy’s Pit BBQ.

August 7, 2009 Are you looking for quality BBQ restaurants in Spanish Fork Utah? Charlie Boy’s Pit BBQ is expanding again! We will be opening a temporary to permanent location in Spanish Fork at 276 South Main St. We will open from 11am – 7pm August 14 and 15 (Friday and Saturday) as a trial run.
We think Spanish Fork is hungry for some barbecue and want to establish more quality bbq restaurants in Spanish Fork Utah. If you would like to see us as a permanent barbeque fixture in Spanish Fork then come visit us on Friday August 14th or Saturday August 15th from 11am-7pm at 276 South Main St and show your support.

July 4, 2008 After much anticipation, charlie boy’s pit bbq is open! Here you will have the opportunity to taste Carolina style barbeque in Utah. Not only will you enjoy the food, but there will also be live music most Saturday’s from 7-8pm so be sure to stop by then! If your band plays bluegrass or something similar, feel free to contact us and we may have you play.
Be sure to check out the menu to see what is available. There is pulled pork, beef and chicken. You cannot leave without trying the freshly made ice cream made right there on site. It is delicious!
It is a great outdoor experience unlike anywhere else around. Come on by and tell em charlie boy sent you!
